The front of the case has the Little Twin Stars logo and a picture of Kiki and Lala. The case is pink on the back, but clear on the front so you can see the markers. It snaps shut with a pink snap. There are 4 markers included, but it looks like the set may have originally had 2 more. The markers included are yellow, black, pink, and sea green.
